Wickedness! Woman Abandons Husband Who Sold His House to Sponsor Her Education

A man who sold his only house in the year 1995 to sponsor his wife through her education from Grade 9 to University level has been abandoned by her.

The woman, Maria Thembo, who spoke to a Zambian Court during their divorce proceedings said she wants a divorce because she cannot live with an illiterate anymore as her friends have also been making a jest of her.

According to Zambian Media report, Maria and Vincent got married in the year 1997. Reports have it that Maria decided to divorce her husband after she got a job.

She is said to be in an affair with a man she met while at the university.

Maria was ordered by the court to pay an amount of K10,000 for abandoning her husband who has sacrificed for her for the past ten years.
