Will Federal Polytechnic Ede Join The ASUP Planned Indefinite Strike?

As Federal Polytechnic Ede is one of the core polytechnics under the umbrella of ASUP.

Today on campus, the viral question being asked by the students of the Federal Polytechnic Ede is Will Ede Poly Join The ASUP Indefinite Strike ?

Earlier reported today, Mr Usman Dutse, the National President of the union said there is no going back for the Union in an interview held in Lagos.

Dutse said that the strike became necessary following the failure of the Federal Government to implement the 2009 and 2017 agreements reached with the union.

ngnews247.com also gathered from one of the Federal Polytechnic Ede lecturer, Mrs Adedayo said “If government are not ready to address all the issues raised by the Union before 11:59PM, the strike will surely hold and Ede Poly will join”

So, Federal Polytechnic Ede will join the coming ASUP indefinite strike starting on December 12 if the union request not address.

Mind you, Federal government and the union will hold meeting on Dec. 17
