Video: I’m A Celebrity, I Work For APC – Singer Portable Resists Arrest As Policemen Try To Whisk Him Away
Controversial Nigerian singer, Habeeb ”Portable” Okikiola recently had a clash with some police officers that stormed his restaurant.
The security agents wanted to arrest the music star, but he resisted and challenged them to know the reason for them showing up.
Portable went on Instagram live and revealed that about 20 police officers attempted to arrest him in the early hours of Tuesday, March 28.
He stood his ground in his office and alleged that they were invited by a Yahoo boy to take him and some of his people away.
Portable informed them that he is a celebrity and a superstar who cannot be bundled away in the manner that the officers were trying to do.
He also confidently said that he is a federal government liability, adding that he works for the ruling All Progressives Congress.
He interrogated the policemen who came to arrest him to produce identity card, and a warrant of arrest, but none of them could do that, so they eventually ran away when it became clear that he was ready for them.
In another video he shared, the Zazuu star singer said he neither slapped or assaulted anyone and yet the police wanted to arrest him.
The singer claimed that the person who wrote the petition against him was someone he feeds and clothes, and even repost his video.
