Thugs, Motorcyclists Clash In Modakeke

There was a pandemonium at Alapata community in Modakeke as thugs and motorcyclists clashed.

The incident which occurred on yesterday at exactly 12:50pm was said to have been caused by the thugs who invaded the motorcycle union park.

NAIJAPARY gathered that the thugs invaded the park of the motorcyclists for beating one of them on earlier.

As a result, the motorcyclists made a reprisal and turned to a battle between the duo.

According to an eye witness who craved anonymity said the incident started on Wednesday when a motorcyclist slapped a renowned thug popularly known as Skete for abusing him.

He added that Skete on Thursday night called on his gangs and stormed the motorcyclists’ park with dangerous weapons.

Our correspondent also learnt that no fewer than 20 motorcycles where vandalized while many were injured.

As at the press time, the police have visited the scene and arrested most of the thugs and motorcyclists.

However, those who were injured have been taken to a nearby hospital for treatment.
