Born on 9th May, 1987, Minister Theophilus Sunday hails from Dekina, Kogi State, Nigeria. He grew up in Kogi State and attained his primary school education and secondary school education at the Ochaja Boys Secondary School.
He went on to purchase his higher education in Kogi State University (KSU), Anyigba, where he obtained a degree in Theatre Arts. After his graduation from the university in the 2011/2012 academic session, he went for the National Youth Service Programme (NYSC) on 5th November 2012 completing the scheme on October 2013.
