STUDENTS OF EDE POLY TANGLED AND ROBBED BY CRUEL INDIVIDUALS

As we, and the entire Nigerian federation are aware that the Federal Polytechnic, Ede, Osun State had been a very peaceful, accommodative and salubrious citadel of learning.

A fountain of knowledge with enough and remarkable civility and nobility.

FPE PRESS Reporter G.song gathered that some group of individuals have been engaging themselves in stealing and perpetration of other civil wrongs.

A number of student of federal polytechnic ede have been forcefully denied of their properties or coerced to release their properties under duress, as dear students were targeted, and are being targeted by a gang of cruel individuals from the school environs, who are robbing.

Several attack on Students of federal polytechnic Ede now becoming worrisome, as Students of federal polytechnic ede were frequently attacked at the agbale area of Ede on tuesday, wednesday and thursday,as they were robbed of their personal belongings, which included cash, jewelleries, phones as well as laptops.

According to a victim who disclosed to Reporter G.song that “when i reached a spot at agbale road i noticed two guys walking behind me, then later I was confronted and robbed”.

Students however ascribed the incident as “barbaric and a despicable act” and according to report had vowed not to take it easy with any one found culpable.

Advisably, the perpetrators of such act and malfeasances should desist.

Student’s leaders should however play their own roles in assisting the victimized students regain social sanity.

Similarly,as the school Examination is at the edge, reading students in the school premises should endeavor to vacate the school premises at a crack of dawn for safety of life and property.

Conclusively,the school management should enforce helping mechanism to curb the civil wrong.
