[SPONSORED] IKỌ̀: Errand service company launched in Osun

IKỌ̀, an errand service company has just been launched in Osun State with headquarters in Osogbo, the state capital.

IKỌ̀ which is a Yoruba name for Messenger or agent, is the brainchild of Beta Adewale Adediran, an entrepreneur and human development expert based in Osogbo.

IKỌ̀ Delivery Service whose motto is “Ògangan ònà la’láké ńso” is a logistic company saddled with the responsibility to pick and deliver your packages at your doorstep.

In a telephone conversation with the Chief Operating Officer (COO), Adewale Adediran, he said “The vision which has been in pipeline for almost two years was recently triggered by the stay at home order of the government.”

He outlined some of the company’s services as pick-up and delivery of food items, laundry, drugs, filling of gas cylinder, purchase and delivery of raw food materials among others.

The COO said he decided to give the brand a Yoruba name in a bid to promote our cultural heritage. “We are managing some companies with English names already, it wouldn’t be bad that we give a Yoruba name to this one. Afterall, we do not also know what Toyota, Suzuki, Tecno, Nokia means.” He concluded.
