The adage that says, ‘everyday is for the thief, and one day is for the owner’ has occurred in the city of Lagos after a notorious criminal was finally apprehended by residents.

After troubling a Lagos community for a very long time now, a thief was finally caught this morning in the Awoyaya area of Lekki.

According to residents of the area, the suspect and his gang members always burglarise houses to steal phones, laptops and other valuables.

However, luck ran out on him, today, while other members of the gang narrowly escaped. Many phones and SIM cards were retrieved from him.
