See amazing responses of Nigerians to New year celebration

It is happy New year into 2018. This is one slogan an average Nigeria won’t forget to say to others at every slightest opportunity to meet with people today.

Just like Christmas festivity, New year celebration comes with a lot of traditions which has been passed on from one generation to the other.

Here in Nigeria, we have our celebration of the New year quite differently. Yes, with a seemingly weird preparation for new year.

It first begins with a household preparation which often involves general cleaning, cloth washing and painting of household which has been said by many that, it musn’t cross into the new year.

Nigeria also being a religious country, makes entering into the new year a day of solemn preparation.

This been established, Nigerians often will gather mostly at places of worship on December 31st to give account of their heartfelt gratitude to God and this eventually proceeds with a shout of Happy New year immediately the minute and hour hand of a clock meet on twelve.

Entering into the new year should be with a new plan and especially with a drive to supercede your performance in recent years.

You can’t kill yourself if you were unable to achieve all you want to achieve in the previous years, but the new year is there for you to buckle up and aim for the sky.

I love spending time with friends talking about the important things in life and hate nothing more than ‘authority’ and hypocrisy. My personal believe in life is that once an individual sets his/her mind to achieve something, it is totally possible. And oh!, I am a strong Lannister, because I always pay my debt.
