Chief Dr Samuel Ibukun Dosunmu was born on 14th May, 1967 in Lagos. He completed his Primary Education at Orita-Mefa Nursery and Primary School in 1975 and finished his Secondary Education at Ansar-Ur-deenCollege, Isolo, Lagos in 1987.
He obtained his First Degree, Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) in Political Science from the University of Ado-Ekiti (UNAD) as well as a Master of Science Degree (MSc.) in Public Administration from Lagos State University, Ojo-Lagos.
