Who was Russ Arnott?

Arnott spent 26 years in Comox, where he raised his family and served as a member of the village board in 2008 and again in 2014.

He spent a total of 11 years devoting his time and energy to improving the livability of Comox’s outlying areas before being named an ambassador in 2018.
