Prince (Prof.) Ifagbemi Awamaridi, a Spiritualist, Legal Attorney, Journalist, Publisher, PI-PD (Private Investigator/Private Detective), I.T. Expert/Web master, is an Intellectual Enigma of many parts.

He was a front liner in the ” Anti Abacha campaign, which earned him enormous intimidations and unlawful detentions by the Abacha security forces.
As the chairman, Action front, National Association of Nigerian Students (NANS), 1984-1986, he was a front line Critic of the BUHARI draconian, ethnic cleansing Government between 1984 and 1986, with Buhari’s unsuccessful attempt to ensure his rustication from UNILAG precedent to eventual incarceration.
He was a leader of the Mass protest against increase in meal ticket in 1984, and was a leader (including unionists like Afuye, Rev. Walter Ajala, Niyi Akinsiju, et al) of the longest, most resilient Students protest in Nigerian history 1986, where the protest was operated 24 hours for 10 days with protesters organised to do morning, afternoon, and night shifts.
He has successfully led a vigorous campaign against untoward practices on the World Wide Web (Internet) like the fraudulent “selling” of “unlimited web space”, ” unlimited bandwidth”, et al.
In the 90s he, with Self determination Activists like Aremson, Otitoloju, Popson, Daramola, Adeoye, Rotimi Obadofin, et al Supervised, galvernised, upgraded and mentored the OPC youth left behind by Dr. Frederick Faseun, when Dr. Faseun was “dehuminisingly” incarcerated by the Abacha Cabal.

Prince [Prof.] Ifagbemi Awamaridi was the Labour Party Governorship Candidate for Lagos State in 2019.
Though he and his Party was rigged out of the Election, by chasing all their Agents out of the voting centers throughout Lagos State (among other frauds), He Petitioned the Election Tribunal and won at the Appeal & Supreme Court which send the case back to the Lower Court (Tribunal), the Incumbent retained the Governorship by the 2nd trip to the Appeal & Supreme Court.
Prof. Awamaridi who the formers DG., Yoruba Intelligence Agency is The Coordinator/Convener, Yoruba Movement for the Effectuation of the Independence Act (YORUBAMENIA), 1960 & Movement of the United States of the Eekus (U.S.E.).
