Federal Polytechnic, Oko which is located in Oko, Anambra State Nigeria. It was previously known as College of Arts, Science and Technology before it was changed to Federal Polytechnic, Oko.
The Polytechnic celebrated her Student Week during the week which has many events which includes; jeans day, old school day, rag day etc. The week is also declared as a free lecture week for students to have fun and enjoy themselves, as the saying goes “all work and no play makes jack a dull boy”.
The Rag day event, which students are allowed to dress up on tour dresses to seek financial aid from the public to support their education as it is approved by the school management. Students are allowed to travel to locations of thier choice when they know that they can have more cash especially in big cities also places that their are familiar with.
