Photo: Man Loses Brother Shot On Election Day In Lagos

A man identified as Onyeka Abali has lost his brother who was shot by thugs during the March 18th governorship election in Lagos state.

The deceased served as a Labour Party (LP) agent at Trade Fair polling unit, and he was sadly gunned down by thugs who caused havoc on election day.

The news was broken on microblogging site, Twitter by a member of the Labour Party in the state as he revealed that Onyeka and their mother have taken the body to their hometown for the funeral ceremony.

It was learnt that both brothers were agents for LP at the just concluded election.

@Olanrew98477424 shared a photo of the corpse at the morgue as it was being prepared to be transported to the village.

The post reads; “Good morning all, it is with heavy heart that Onyeka, one of our strong members and our PU agent at K1 lost his brother who also was a PU agent at Trade Fair area of Lagos. He was shot on Saturday by APC thugs. His body has been taken home to the East by his mother yesterday.

Onyeka Abali will by now be on his way to bury his brother. Kindly say a prayer for his family and encourage everyone around U that our comrade’s death and of others by these low lives shall not be in vain. “
