NPFL: Organizers Announces Fixture Change

The organizers of the Nigeria Premier Football League has rescheduled some of the matchday five, six and seven fixtures, Ngnews247 reports.

The encounter involving Rivers United and Lobi Stars at the Adokiye Amiesimaka Stadium has been rescheduled to Sunday, October 29.

The game was originally scheduled for Saturday, October 28.

Other games postponed are the Doma United versus Bendel Insurance tie and Lobi Stars against Rangers.

The matchday six encounter have been shifted from Wednesday, November 1st to Thursday, November 2nd.

Bendel Insurance and Remo Stars matchday seven fixture has been moved from Saturday, November 4 to Sunday November 5.

The other fixture between Bayelsa United versus Lobi Stars game changed from Sunday, November 5 to Monday, November 6.

The NPFL Chief Operating Officer, Davidson Owumi stated that the rescheduling was due to logistics reasons.

Owumi urged the clubs to ensure that necessary logistics are put in place for hitch-free games.
