‘Mysterious Fish’ Swallows 52 Million Naira Government Fund in Abia

Following the disappearance of Mysterious Fish’ Swallows 52 Million Naira Government Fund in Abia in Nigeria linked to different animals, a ‘mysterious fish’ has swallowed N52 million naira in Abia State.

According to reports, the 52 million naira was meant for the contract and renovation of South East Entrepreneurship Development Center (SEEDC) and Women Development Center.

The contract was issued to Phrenemos Intl Ltd and meant to be supervised by Dr. Eme Okoro, the Abia State SSG.

Igbere TV reports that the ‘mysterious fish’ allegedly swallowed the whole
money.

The Governor of Abia State, Okezie Ikpeazu instructed the SSG to oversee the project and the SSG allegedly requested the MD of Phrenemos Intl Ltd to open an account with UBA bank.

However, after some weeks of opening the account, the MD of Phrenemos Intl Ltd, Engr Emma Uche Adimoha learned that the money had been swallowed by a ‘mysterious fish’.

Investigations are ongoing over the disappearance of the funds and some have been arrested in connection to the disappearance.
