MTN Nigeria Suffers Outage, Apologises To Customer
MTN Network Problems Today 2021: MTN has issued an apology to its Nigerian customers after outages were reported in many parts of the country on Saturday.
Calls and data services were disrupted as a result of the outage.
“No single network in my MTN and that’s where I have data,” a user, Morris Favour, wrote on Facebook. “I’m using my Airtel and enjoying free mode in peace.”
Another user bemoaned, ” MTN Nigeria Outage, This is terrible; in fact, I had switched and turned off my phone countless times.”
“Some of our customers are having difficulty connecting to the network today,” the telco firm said on its Facebook page. We’re looking into it and apologise for any inconvenience this has caused.
MTN Nigeria Outage began in the afternoon, just days after the social media behemoth, Facebook, experienced a global outage that disrupted online activities.

It operates in over 20 countries and generates one-third of its revenue in Nigeria, where it has a 35 per cent market share.
