Mixed Reactions As Theatre Arts Student Got Possessed While Holding ‘Sango Sacrifice’ During Stage Play

A stage drama at the Ekiti State University (EKSU) took an unexpected twist when one of the student actors went into a trance.

Theatre Art students were having an Obakoso performance during the school play and drama session when the incident happened.

A lady who was holding a calabash prop for the play which was used to represent a sacrifice for Sango (the god of thunder) suddenly got possessed.

She began to twist and turn in like she lost control of herself, and immediately it was noticed that something went wrong, some men rushed to the stage.

They quickly took her off the stage to give room for her colleagues to continue the drama presentation.
