Man Arrested For Possessing Cannabis At Agip Area Of Ede

NAIJAPARY FPE PRESS Reporter G.song gathered that Police at agip area of Ede have seized large quantity of cannabis after pulling over an unregistered, unlicensed driver at the area on Saturday.

Our correspondent gathered that Officers spotted the man driving at about 2.45pm during a routine patrol and pulled him over due to the poor condition of his vehicle.

A registration check revealed the car was unregistered,
Police then searched the vehicle and discovered cannabis hidden underneath the driver’s seat.

The man was arrested and put in police custody where he was charged with unlawfully supplying cannabis, possessing a trafficable quantity of cannabis in a public place, driving unlicensed.
