Liz Da-Silva was born on June 10, 1978, in Lagos State, which falls in the South-Western region of Nigeria. He hails from Togo because her parents are of Togo descent.

Liz Da-Silva had all her educational background in Lagos State, ranging from primary school, secondary school, and higher institution.

She had her secondary school education in Ireti Grammar School. She went further to study at Lagos State University, where she later obtained her B.Sc degree.
