Judiciary Orders IBDC to Restore Electricity to Ijesa Land

Youths in Ilesa township went on a massive protest tagged ‘Restore our Light’ on Sunday and Monday in response to the ‘harsh’ decision of PHCN (IBDC) after a beating by the youths to show their annoyance to the way PHCN billed them without proper supply of electricity.

It has gotten to the notice of Naijaparry that IBDC seems to have no choice than to supply electricity back for the comfort of the populace.

The Judiciary has instructed IBDC to restore the electricity while the case is still ongoing in the court of law. The order was signed by Hon. Justice A. I. Adegoke.
