Joey Swoll Diet: What Does Joey Swoll Take?
Joel Swoll, real name, Joseph Sergo. Joey Swoll was another fitness influencer who shared generic, muscle-building articles about nutrition and exercise.
He has acknowledged that his frequent shirtless posts and gym-bro reputation led to his receiving a lot of hate on social media over the years. Since he went by the moniker “Joey Swoll,” It didn’t help his reputation that he had previously been connected to the scandal-ridden Shredz pills. Life subsequently became gloomy.
He uploaded a response video to a TikToker’s parody of a gymgoer performing dumbbell drag curls on January 7, 2022. Swoll gave a description of drag curls and concluded his TikTok with:
“What he’s doing and working most of all is minding his own business. The fact that people at the gym take videos of other people to try to make fun of them, blows my mind. Be better than that.”
This particular video amassed over 46k comments, 20 million views.
He has since added more than 100 TikToks promoting gym positivity. Swoll routinely chastises TikTokers who secretly film people in the gym and then upload the tape to shame those people for their exercise style, bodies, or allegedly strange (but not creepy) conduct, similar to how she did with the drag curl video. Some of these Swoll TikToks become quite popular and receive over 10 million or even over 20 million views.
