Jackie Mac was born to Margarethe and Fred MacMullan in Manhasset New York, United States in October 7, 1960.
Her family was in a more organized place where other siblings gather to play hockey and she was into street hockey as a young girl.
MacMullan was the first girl to have street hockey net in her neighborhood which guarantee her freedom to also play hockey as a young child since other boys who participated in the game won’t let her play.
