James was a partner at Dave and Busters restaurant chain.

A representative of D&B who confirmed his death told TMZ that he will be remembered as an innovative and creative force wih a pioneering spirit.

Dave and Busters whiles he was alive had opened up 140 locations across the country.

He has been described by colleagues as a Team Player who reposed so much confidence in the people he worked with.

His Partner Dave died in 2015 when he was 63 years. During his time as President, they established 75 unit concept.

Reports points to suicide. The Cops say they responded to a Dallas, TX Home, Monday, James Birthday to find a man who was struggling from self-inflicted gunshot wounds. He was then transferred to a hospital where he died.
