It is with incredibly heavy hearts that we share this very sad news. We learned late last night that one of our most beloved staff members passed away suddenly at home yesterday. Coach Eric Baker has been a fixture at Cheer Extreme DMV for the last 11 years, and he has touched so many lives and brought so many smiles to our athletes and families.

We are devastated by this tremendous loss. While we do not have any information regarding a service yet, we will be organizing a celebration of life soon and will send details as we have them. As you all know, Eric was always the loudest and most fun person in the room, and we know he would want us to celebrate his life and share our fondest memories with one another.
We will be dedicating this season to Eric. Our athletes and families meant the world to him. We will update you soon with a day and time that we can all remember him together. We will be at the gym for our regular schedule and are available for anyone who would like to talk.
