FED POLY EDE:   FPE Management Established Anti-Corruption Committee 

Apparently,corruption is a hydra-headed monster and a cankerworm that undermines the fabric of all societies,the worst disease in the world today is corruption and immorality and to banish this grassroots reformation cannot be over – emphasized. That is why the Management of Federal Polytechnic Ede Perceived that the dire need of possessing a corrupt – free community is very important for community development.

Since the Emergence of this Present Rector of Federal Polytechnic Ede,Dr.John Taiwo Adekolawole the institution has taken up responsibility of promoting integrity and uprightness.

NAIJAPARY Reporter G.song gathered that recently the management of Federal Polytechnic Ede has put in place an Anti – corruption committee to eliminate corruption and immorality from the Polytechnic Community.

According to a Senior Staff in the School who disclosed to our Reporter that “we must commend this great effort of the management, the committee was put in place to investigate complaints from students and staff on allegation of corrupt and immoral practices and to prosecute offenders ” adding that “the committee will also review practices and procedures of departments, faculties, ventures in the institution and also expose corrupt and immoral practices in the School”. He further told our correspondent Reporter G.song that the committee will be headed by someone known with integrity in person of Dr. I.F Omotosho .

Conclusively the Senior staff advised students and Staffs of the Institution to expose any corrupt act within the institution to the body while adding that corruption goes beyond Financial misconduct,staffs and students should disclose any form of corruption within the system however disclosed that all should shun any form of corrupt act.
