Eliud Owalo (born 1st January 1962) is a well-known and highly regarded economist, management consultant, and strategy specialist. He is the current Cabinet secretary for ICT and digital economy. He is the Managing Consultant of Eliud & Associates (E&A) Management Consultants, an International Management Consultancy and Training firm.
