Ekiti Decides: We’re Not Illiterates, Voters Kick Against Vote-Buying
Ekiti Governorship Election: As the election continues in Ekiti State for who becomes the next governor in the state, some voters were seen speaking up against vote-buying.
The voters said they were not illiterates and that they were not ready to sell their votes and conscience for money in the state anymore.
“Vote-buying means selling your conscience. We don’t want to sell our conscience again! We are determined in Ekiti State, no vote-buying again.
“Ekiti State is a state of professors,” one of the voters, Mr. Kolawole Olatunde said while speaking to Channels Television.
