Ebony Life CEO, Mo Abudu thanks critics of Chief Daddy 2, promises improvements

Mo Abudu, the CEO of Ebony Life Group has responded to the criticisms that trailed the release of the sequel to its popular flick, Chief Daddy.

Chief Daddy 2 was attacked by many critics on social media, for lacking a clearcut story line, unlike its predecessor.

Some fans, however, wrote that they loved what they got on Netflix.

In an Instagram statement on Friday, Mo acknowledged the mixed reactions to the release of Chief Daddy 2 on the 1st of January on Netflix.

She took the criticisms in her strides, acknowledging the fans that felt some disappointment with the sequel.

“Thank you so much for caring, and for sharing your concerns so passionately. ❤❤❤”, she wrote

“Over the years, we have been the privileged recipients of your love and support of our productions – from Fifty, The Wedding Party, The Royal Hibiscus Hotel, Your Excellency, The Governor, Castle and Castle, Oloture and of course Chief Daddy 1 amongst others.
