Dagrin was born in Meiran, Alagbado, Ogun State on October 25, 1984. He grew up in his hometown where he began singing as a child.
Dagrin Career
He released his debut studio album titled ‘Still On The Matter.’ Following that, in 2009, he unveiled his second studio album, ‘C.E.O. (Chief Executive Omoita).’
His musical achievements in 2010 included a nomination for several categories at the Nigerian Entertainment Awards, such as Best Album for ‘C.E.O.,’ Hottest Single for “Pon Pon Pon,” Best Rap Act, and Best Collaboration with Vocals.
Notably, his album ‘C.E.O.’ earned him the Hip Hop World Award in 2010 for the best rap album. This album featured hit singles like “Pon Pon Pon” and “Kondo.”
Dagrin collaborated with various Nigerian artists, including Y.Q, 9ice, M.I, Iceberg Slim, Omobaba, Terry G, Ms Chief, Owen G, K01, Code, MISTAR DOLLAR, TMD entertainment, Omawumi, Chudy K, Bigiano, and Konga.
