Cubana Chief Priest Urges Netizens to Steer Clear of ‘Wahala’ Amid Naira Abuse Allegations

Embattled celebrity barman, Cubana Chief Priest expresses remorse regarding his court case with the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) as he pleads with netizens to avoid anything in the shape of trouble.

The EFCC had accused him of Naira abuse and filed a three-count charge against him on April 16 after which he pleaded not guilty after the charges were read.

Subsequently, Judge Kehinde Ogundare granted him bail in the amount of N10 million, requiring two responsible sureties of equivalent value.

However, on Thursday, May 2, all parties agreed to resolve the matter outside of court during their meeting. Consequently, the trial was postponed until June 5 to allow the settlement report to be heard.
