COVID-19: Former President Obasanjo donates his Hilltop residence for isolation centre

The former President Olusegun Obasanjo today announced that his former residence at the Presidential Hilltop, Abeokuta, Ogun State has been released for use as isolation center for victims of the dreaded coronavirus.

Obasanjo said the 32-room facility has been handed over to the Ogun State Government for immediate take over.

The annoucement was made through his Special Assistant on Media, Kehinde Akinyemi who confirmed the development, said the former President was concerned about the pandemic.

While Kehinde quote the former president said;

“I think those who can help in one way or another assist in this situation should do so.”
