“Career Dead, Album Dead” – Man Slams Wizkid For Promoting Made In Lagos six Months After Release
A Nigerian music lover and former fan of Wizkid has slammed Afrobeat legend, Ayodeji Balogun Ibrahim aka Wizkid for taking so long to promote his ‘Made in Lagos’.
This comes after Wizkidzkid took to social media to celebrate his album six months after its release and also engaged his fans seeking their opinions on the track they would like to listen to on the album.
“6 months in! What songs are you listening to today? #MadeinLagos,” he wrote while attaching the streaming link to the album.
Reacting to this, a troll identified as @OgundayoR heavily descended on him condemning not just the entire album but also took a dig at Wizkid’s career in general.
According to OgundayoR, Wizkid‘s career is dead and his album is dead and advised him not to continue a song which has failed and further urged him to let the song rest in Peace.
“Stop promoting flop song. Na force to stream am. Career dead, Album dead. Please let it Rest In Peace,” The troll lashed out.
You would recall that recently a Twitter user identified as @Ruddeyy slammed Burna Boy for trying to compete with Davido after former was seen wearing the same wrist pieces of jewelry Davido has been using in his latest photos.
According to the social media user, Wizkid tried to compete with Davido and ended up getting broke and eventually started buying fake Richard Mille at the computer.
