CAF Awards 2024: Stanley Nwabali Nominated for Goalkeeper of the Year

Stanley Nwabali has received a nomination for the 2024 CAF Goalkeeper of the Year award.

He will compete against nine other top goalkeepers for this prestigious honor.

The Confederation of African Football (CAF) announced the nominees on Thursday.

Nwabali, who plays for Chippa United, showcased his skills during the Super Eagles’ performance at the 2023 Africa Cup of Nations earlier this year.

At 28 years old, he is regarded as one of the top goalkeepers in the South African League.

The 2024 CAF Awards are scheduled to take place in Marrakech, Morocco, on December 16.
