Beverly Osu: Being A Celeb Can’t Stop Me From Entering Okada

Nigerian actress and model, Beverly Osu, has said that her status as a celebrity cannot stop her from living her life the way she wants.

The pretty screen diva said she can choose to board a commercial motorcycle (okada) whenever she wants without bothering about what fans say or think.

Beverly made the comment during an interview while answering a question on if she agrees with the notion that fans put pressure on celebrities.

The Big Brother Africa star said; “Fans put pressure on people they want to put pressure on. I am never under pressure. The pressure that happens to me is the pressure from my loved ones, my family and myself.

I can jump on the bike right now and do what I have to do. I can dance on the street. I fought for my own freedom; I don’t want anyone to put any chip on my shoulder because I am still discovering myself.”

Speaking on health related matters, Beverly Osu said Nigerians don’t take issues pertaining to mental health seriously even though there is an increasing rate of suicide among the youth because they were overwhelmed.
