Big Brother Naija housemate Ijeoma Josephina Otabor popularly known as Phyna has emerged winner of the Big Brother Naija 2022 Season 7 reality TV show. She’s the second female housemate to win the show since the show started in 2006. The Hype Priestess as she’s formally called is a 25-year-old engineer from Edo state Nigeria. One of Phyna’s high point in the Big Brother Naija house was her victory in the Week 8 Head of House game making her the first housemate from the former level 2 housemate to win the Head of house game.

Hype priestess, Phyna let us know she was about that life when she yanked her wig off her hair not long after she walked into the Level Up House. Her ship with Groovy and all the highlights they gave will not be forgotten in a hurry.

Phyna’s Journey to the Final

Like every other season 7 Top 6 housemate, Phyna had a rocky journey in the Big Brother House. She survived four nominations (Week 2, 3, 6 and 7) for possible evictions. She gradually grew to become one of the viewers favourite after blending well with the other housemates. Her low point in the show was the accusation she received from Amaka and Chomzy for getting into a relationship with Groovy who was formerly in a ship with Beauty before her disqualification from the show in week 2.
