Atiku Leads Massive Protest To INEC Headquarters Against Election Results (Photos/Video)
The former vice president and presidential candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party, (PDP), Atiku Abubakar, and supporters on Monday, staged a protest at the headquarters of the Independent National Electoral Commission in Abuja.
The leadership of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) on Monday led a ‘black uniform’ crowd to protest against the result of the election.
They all stormed the INEC headquarters wearing black clothes to demand that the election which produced the All progressives Congress candidate, Bola Tinubu as winner, be cancelled.
Together with Atiku were the party’s National Chairman, Iyorchia Ayu; the Vice Presidential Candidate of the party and Governor Ifeanyi Okowa of Delta State, amongst other leaders of the party led the protest.
The large crowd blocked the INEC entrance causing security personnel to lockthe gate.
