The Chief Imam of Oyo, Masud Ajokidero and other faithful on Saturday said final prayers over the remains of late Alaafin of Oyo Oba Lamidi Adeyemi III, he’s been laid to rest within the premises of the palace.

Confirmed dead & buried according to Islamic rite, the late Alaafin of Oyo Oba Lamidi Olayiwola Adeyemi Atanda who died early hours of today has been buried according to Islamic rite & probably the first Alaafin the be buried in Islamic way.
