IGP struggles to read own speech at an event in Kano [VIDEO]

Ibrahim Idris, Inspector General of Police, was in Kano on Monday to commission the Nigeria Police Force Technical Intelligence Unit, but struggled to read his own speech.

A video shared on twitter by Voice of Liberty Newspaper showed Idris stuttering several times and hardly making sense.

Even when an aide tried to help him point out his lines, the IGP still had difficulty reading out the speech.
