BREAKING: Chelsea reach last 16 as Ajax exit Champions League

Goals from Tammy Abraham and Cesar Azpilicueta sent Chelsea through to the last 16 of the Champions League on Tuesday as Group H runners-up after a 2-1 victory over Lille.

Last season’s semi-finalists Ajax crashed out after losing 1-0 in Amsterdam to group winners Valencia courtesy of Rodrigo’s first-half strike.
