3 SUSPECTED INTERNET FRAUDSTERS APPREHENDED IN OKE GADA, EDE

There are general beliefs of the dramatic increase in youth crime rate as the rate of crime in Ede town is now escalating into pertussis and something worrisome.

NAIJAPARY Reporter, G.song gathered that today brought about another shocking scenario as Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC,arrested 3 suspected internet fraudsters for conspiracy, possession of fraudulent documents and obtaining money under false pretense.

They were arrested today, 5th June , 2018, in part of oke Gada, Ede in Osun States, following intelligence report received by the Commission about their activities.

According to the EFCC spokesman who was in the commission red beep, told NAIJAPARY correspondent that the suspects allegedly confessed to being involved in love scam, forgery and business email compromise, among other offenses.

Some of the suspects, who live flamboyantly without any known sources of income, were said to have bought houses and exotic cars from the proceeds of their criminal activities and was said to have been boastfully displaying their possessed luxuries in campuses like Federal polyteychnic Ede, Uniosun, Iree polytechnic and the likes .

The EFCC spokesman further disclosed to NAIJAPARY that the case is serious and will be taken up added that he will love to stop saying words at the moment as touching the charges levied against them .

However our source gathered that case have now been filed against the internet perpetrators .
