2-Year-Old Girl Allegedly Strangled To Death By Housemaid For Refusing To Wear Her Dress

A 16-year-old housemaid has been accused of strangling her employer’s two-year-old daughter to death for refusing to wear her dress at Ihechiowa Street off MCC Rd in Owerri, Imo State.

A Facebook user, Somack Aju Mbaise, who shared the story, said the incident happened on Saturday, January 11, 2020, after the little girl took her bath.

Sharing a photo of the deceased, the facebook user wrote:

“What a wicked world? Somkenechukwu 2yrs old was strangled yesterday by their maid, a 16yr old girl because the little girl refused to wear her clothes after taking a bath….This happened at Ihechiowa Street off MCC Rd Owerri.

“You see why I will always go for adults? Try nonsense with me, and rot in jail!

“But may evil like this be far from me and my household!”

Meanwhile, Naijaparry had reported that a 26-year-old housemaid, Franker Amaha, stunned her boss after she fled with foreign currencies estimated at N1.6 million , six hours into her employment.

Six hours after Amaha was employed, her boss left home to pick up her sister, who just returned from abroad.

On getting back, she discovered that the housemaid sneaked into where her sister put her luggage, stole the hard currencies – $2800, £1,000 and 2000 Dutch Guilder – and fled.
